Terms of Use — Morph

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Morph mobile application ("App") published by Antoine Martineau ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

Morph is a habit tracking application available on iOS. The App allows users to create, track, and manage daily habits.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Morph offers optional paid subscriptions ("Morph Pro") that unlock additional features including unlimited habits, custom habit creation, and home screen widgets.

• Subscription options: Weekly, Monthly, and Annual auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

3. Free and Premium Features

The free version of Morph allows up to 5 habits from the suggested templates. Morph Pro unlocks unlimited habits, custom habit creation, and the home screen widget.

4. User Data

All your data (habits, history, statistics, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. Purchase transactions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, solely for the purpose of validating and managing your subscription status.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, content, and features are the exclusive property of Antoine Martineau. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
